Tracking FAQ

Production time
We typically take about 1-3 business days to make your product, depending on the type of product ordered.
Detail time frame for production correspondence with products group as below:
  • Printed apparel (normal/ partial printing): 4-6 business days
  • All Over Print apparel and products (Full Prints): 7-10 business days
Shipping time
Customers acknowledge and agree that the stated delivery time frame of 10-21 business days is an estimate, and under certain instances deliveries may exceed or be less than the stated time frame.
Detail time frame for shipping correspondence with products group as below:
  • Printed apparel (normal/ partial printing): 6-8 business days
  • All Over Print apparel and products (Full Prints): 12-15 business days
  • International orders may take an additional 2-3 weeks.

Note: Shipping time can take from 22 to 28 business days, the tracking is normal that there might not be timely updated of your parcel therefore please wait patiently.

 

It’s common for tracking information to not be immediately updated due to a number of factors, such as:

  • Freshly generated tracking number. Please allow up to 7 business days for updates to appear after the dispatch of your order, as there may be a delay between the parcel scanning process and the updates appearing on the website.

  • Package en route. The parcel might not be scanned until it arrives at the regional distribution center near its final destination.

  • International transit. When your package is in transit between countries, tracking information may not be updated until it arrives in the destination country.

We recommend waiting 5-7 business days and then checking the tracking link again. However, if there has been no update to your tracking status for over 10 business days, don’t hesitate to get in touch with us for immediate assistance.

We appreciate your patience and understand that it can be worrisome when there are no real-time updates on the whereabouts of your order. It’s not uncommon during high-volume periods for packages to be shipped without immediate tracking information, but rest assured that delivery will be within the timeline we’ve committed to. This could be attributed to several factors such as weather events, customs processing, or delays with the carrier.
